静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的效果比较

目的：对比分析静脉麻醉与吸入麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法：选择需行全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者70例,随机分为采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉的A组和采用七氟醚吸入麻醉的B组,记录两组患者的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）及心率（HR）的变化情况,以及苏醒所需时间和并发症发生情况,将两组患者的应用效果进行对比分析。结果：1两组患者在进入手术室时与拔管前的SBP、DBP及HR进行对比无显著差异;2A组患者在自主呼吸恢复、睁眼、拔管及定向力恢复所用时间明显少于B组,不良反应发生率相比,其差异有统计学意义（x^2=2.576,P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用丙泊酚静脉麻醉效果良好,术后苏醒迅速,并发症较少,值得临床推广。

The comparative analysis on clinical effect of intravenous anesthesia with inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective： To compare the effect of intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： Seventy selected patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from the April 2011 to April 2013 were randomly divided into group A and group B. Propofol was used by intravenous anesthesia in group A, and sevoflurane was used by inhalation anesthesia in group B. In order to record two groups of patients with SBP, DBP, HR, the time needed for awakening and bad complication. The effectswere comparatively analysed. Results：（1）There were no significant differences in two groups of chamber and tube drawing of SBP, DBP and HR（P〉0.05）.（2）The spontaneous breathing recovery, goggling, extubation, orientation recovery time and bad complication in group A were significantly lower than those in group B（x^2=2.576, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of propofol to laparoscopic cholecystectomy is characterized with anesthesia satisfaction, wake up fast and lower bad complication, and worthy of wide spread application in clinical practice.
