| 摘 要： | 目的：为了充分发挥基层医学装备作用而建言献策。方法：论述基层卫生机构医学装备在质量管理与技术保障方面存在的问题,分析产生问题的原因并提出参考建议。结果：推进打造优质优良的基层医疗服务平台,建立医疗服务良性循环。结论：要注重优质医疗资源均衡配置,重视基层卫生机构医疗服务平台全面建设。

| Abstract: | Objective： To give full play to the basic role of medical equipment to offer advice and suggestions. Methods： the primary health institutions medical equipment in the quality management and technology security problems, analyze the cause of the problems and suggestions. Results： the basic medical service platform to create high quality excellent, the establishment of a virtuous circle of medical service. Conclusion： we should pay attention to a balanced allocation of resource of high grade medical treatment, pay attention to primary health institutions medical service platform construction. |
