摘    要:目的:观察纳洛酮对中、重度型颅脑损伤血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:选择中、重型颅脑损伤患者85例,均为损伤后24h内入院,GCS3-12分,随机分为纳洛酮治疗组和NS对照组,分别于治疗前及治疗后不同时期,以放免法检测其血浆ET水平,并选择同期健康献血者30例,行ET检测,结果:中、重型颅脑损伤患者24h内已出现血浆ET含量显著增加,纳洛酮治疗后ET水平明显下降(P<0.01),GCS评分明显提高(P<0.01),与NS对照相比有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:纳洛酮可降低颅脑损伤患者血浆ET水平。

Abstract:AIM: To explore the effects of naloxone on plasma endothelin (ET) in patients with moderate or severe craniocerebral injury. METHODS: Eighty five patients with moderate or severe craniocerebral injury were divided randomly into the naloxone treated group and the NS controlled group, who admitted to the hospital within 24 h after injury and whose GCS was 3 12. Plasma ET was measured with RIA before and after treatment. And the donor's blood samples were also measured at the same period. RESULTS: Plasma ET was significantly increased in moderate or severe craniocerebral injury patients within 24 h after injury. ET was decreased ( P <0 01) and GCS was increased ( P <0 01) after the treatment of naloxone. There was a signiciant difference compared with the NS group ( P <0 01). CONCLUSION: Naloxone can act as a practical ET antagonist in clinical practice for it can decrease the plasma ET.
