| 摘 要： | 目的：总结乡镇医院应用GSS脊柱椎弓根钉棒内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折12例的经验。方法：采用GSS内固定系统治疗12例胸椎、腰椎骨折，随访、总结、分析手术疗效。结果：12例患者术后随访6～18个月，脊柱生理弯曲、椎体前缘高度恢复理想，疗效满意，有效率达90％。结论：GSS脊柱内固定系统结构简单、操作方便、复位确切、固定可靠，重建了脊柱的生理弯曲、椎体前缘高度恢复理想，是基层医院治疗胸椎、腰椎骨折的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up experience of thoracic and lumbar vertebra fracture patients treated with GSS internal fix-ation in small towns hospital(12 cases).Methods: The 12 cases fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebra patients treated with GSS internal fixation and the effect was analyzed. Results: The all patients were followed up with 6- 18 months and all pa-tients spinal column and physiological curvature retrieved, the effective ratio was 90%. Conclusion: The system of GSS in-ternal fixation was structure simple, convenient operation, certain reduce, and be reliable fixation for the fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebra fracture. |
