布鲁氏菌非典型菌株及R型菌株生物学特性和产生原因的探讨

摘    要:本文报告了布鲁氏菌非典型菌株部分生物学特性的研究,从而发现了犬种布氏菌过氧化氢酶活性高于其它种布氏菌2~8倍的特性,同时完了过氧化氢酶活性与布氏菌毒力无线性关系,并对羊种布氏菌S型、R型或I型及非典型株OMP、SDS-PAGE图谱进行了比较,找出非典型菌株不能用常规鉴定方法定种的可能原因,同时对出现非典型株原因进行了探讨。

Abstract:This paper reported a study on some biological characteristics of atypical starins of Brucella. The study showed that catalase activities in B. canis revealed two eightfould higher than other Brucella spp. At this time, the catalase activity deteminated in Brucella has not associated with Virulence of Brucella. By compring with the SDS-PAGE protiles of OMP extracted among the smooth strain. Rough stain and atypical strains of B. melitesis. These reasons for atypical strains of Brucella assigned difficultly by conventinal inentification tests have been explored. This paper explored these reasons produced of atypical strains.
