阳江市城区2001～2005年集体儿童健康状况调查

目的]了解5年间阳江市城区集体儿童健康状况变化趋势,为今后制定儿童保健工作计划的服务方向提供依据.方法]采用2001～2005年5年间每年6月份对我市城区各类托幼园所的3～6岁儿童的健康查体资料,应用WHO推荐的儿童体格发育标准进行体格发育评价.贫血按<儿科学>和视力低下按<小儿眼科学>标准诊断.龋齿按国家龋病统一规定.结果]低体重发生率有轻微上升的趋势,贫血患病率和龋齿患病率逐年下降,视力低下发生率无改变.结论]应重视儿童营养问题,膳食管理是预防学龄前儿童营养疾病发生的重要措施.继续加强对幼儿园所的口腔和视力保健.

INVESTIGATION OF CHILDREN'S HEALTH CONDITIONS IN YANGJIANG FROM 2001 TO 2005

Objective]To find out the changes of children's health status in Yangjiang city in past 5 years,and so as to provide the bases of establishing the children's health service.Methods]The data of health examination on children from 3 to 6 years old in our city in past 5 years were evaluated by the criterion which was recommended by WHO.Anemia was diagnosed with criterion of Pediatrics.Dental caries was diagnosed with criterion constituted by National Committee for Oral Health.Results]The prevalence rates of dental caries and anemia decreased,but the prevalence rate of low weight increased slightly.The prevalence rate of low vision did not change.Conclusion]We must pay attention to the nutrition of children and the oral and eye health care.
