Nm23基因表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的相关性研究

应用ＳＰ免疫组化染色法检测５０例乳腺癌和１７例乳腺纤维腺瘤ｎｍ２３基因的表达，结果显示，１７例乳腺纤维腺瘤全部阳性，２７例无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中２５例（９２．６％）阳性，有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌２３例中１０例（４３．５％）阳性，２３例乳腺癌的转移淋巴结中有５例（２１．７％）为阳性。ｎｍ２３蛋白表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移呈非常显著的负相关（Ｐ＜０．００５）。认为ｎｍ２３蛋白表达与乳腺癌转移有关，检测ｎｍ２３蛋白表达可作为临床预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移的重要参考指标。

The Study of the Correlation between nm23 Gene Expression and Lymph Node Metastasis of Breast Cancer

The SP immunohistochemical method were used in study to detect nm23 gene expression in 50 paraffin-embeded samples from breast cancer and 17 samples from breast fibroadenomas. The results showed positive findings in all benign lesions,in 25(92.6%)cases of breast cancers without any involved lymph node, in 10(43.5%)cases of breast cancers with involved lymph nodes, and in 5(21.7%)cases with metastatic lymph nodes. Statistical analysis indicated that there is significant inverse correlation between nm23 gene expression and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(P< 0.005). In conclusion the nm23 gene expression is correlated with the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, therefore detection of nm23 gene expression may be useful in the evaluation of the probability of lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer.
