1999~2006年开江县部分食品卫生监测资料分析

摘    要:目的]了解开江县食品卫生质量现状,为保障群众身体健康提供决策依据。方法]对1999~2006年开江县食品监测资料进行分析。结果]1999~2006年共检测样品675份,合格474份,合格率为70.22%。其中,2004年最高(94.74%),1999年最低(47.50%),不同年份间标准化合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各类食品中,以粮油的合格率最高(96.61%),豆制品最低(20.83%)。不同样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。检测的汞、脂肪、酸度、铅、砷、铜、总酸、氯化苦、磷化物指标全部合格。不合格项目主要有细菌总数、大肠菌群、亚硝酸盐、酸价。结论]开江县食品卫生状况堪忧,应加强监督监测。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the status of food hygiene in Kaijiang county,provide scientific basis for protecting the people's health.Methods]Surveillance data of food hygiene from 1999 to 2006 in Kaijing county were analyzed.Results]675 food samples were tested from 1999 to 2006 in Kaijing county.474 of them were up to standard,accounting for 70.22%.The qualified rate was the highest in 2004(94.74%)and lowest in 1999(47.50%).There was no difference of the qualified rate in different years(P>0.05).The qualified rate was the highest in grain and oil(96.61%)and the lowest in been products(20.83%).There was a difference in different kind of samples(P<0.01).All the mercury,fat,acidity,lead,arsenic,copper,total acid,chlorpicrin and phosphorus tested were up to standard.While the total bacteria,coli group,nitrite,adicity of acid tested were not up to standard.Conclusion]There was a problem in food hygiene in Kaijiang county.Supervision must be strengthened.
