| 摘 要： | 目的 评价磁共振尿路成像 (MRU)在诊断肾盂输尿管交界处梗阻 (UPJO)的价值。方法 对 10例UPJO患者进行MRU检查 ,并和KUB +IVU、术中结果进行比较。结果 MRU诊断UPJO准确率为 10 0 % ,能清晰显示UPJO处梗阻。结论 B超和KUB +IVU提示有UPJO的患者可直接行MRU检查 ,无创且并发症少 ,可替代逆行肾盂造影 (RP) ,结合肾图可替代IVU检查

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of MRU in patients with ureteropelvic junction obstruction . Methods MRU was carried out in 10 cases of UPJO , and the results were compared with KUB+IVU and operations. Results The accurate rate of diagnosis of UPJO with MRU was 100% . The UPJOs were clearly seen in all the patients. Conclusion MRU can be directly carried out on patients with UPJO detected by B-ultrasonography and KUB+IVU , and no injury or complication can be caused. It can be used to replace IVU . |
