摘    要:确定耕牛是否是七日热型,澳洲型钩端螺旋体的传染源。方法自钩端螺旋体病患者血液及耕牛尿中分离出的12株七日热型、澳洲型钩端螺旋体野生株染色体DNA用限制性内切酶EcorⅠ酶切后,进行染色体DNA限制性内切酶图谱及16S+23SrRNA基因限制性内切酶片段长度多态性分析。结果自然 钩端螺体病患者血液及耕牛尿中分离的同一血清型的钩端螺旋体野生株的染色体DNA酶谱及核糖核酸型相同。血清型不同的钩端螺旋体型

Abstract:Objective In order to confirm whether cattl e serve the source of infection for patients with Leptospira interrogans serovar hebdomadis and australia. Methods 12 field strains of le ptospira interrogans serovar hebdomadis and australia were isolated from blood s amples of patients with leptospirosis and farm cattle urine. An analysis of chro mosome DNA restriction endonuclease patterns (REP) and restriction fra gments length polymorphism (RFLP) of 16S+23S rRNA gene were processed by digesti on of chromosome DNA using EcoR I. Results The same serov a r field strains of Leptospira interrogans from blood samples of patients with le ptospirosis and farm cattle urine resulted in unique restriction endonuclease pa tterns (REP) and ribosomal types (RT).The chromosome DNAs from field strains tha t belonged to different serovars of Leptospira interrogans caused different rest riction endonuclease patterns and ribosomal types. Conclusion In accordance with this results, we recognize that farm cattle serve the i nfectious source of leptospirosis serovar hebdomadis and australia thus may have realistic significance in the control of leptospirosis serovar epidemic of hebd omadis and australia in China.
