| 摘 要： | 目的研究血液流变学在糖尿病合并慢性并发症患者中的临床价值。方法采用LG-R-80A血液粘度仪对160例正常人及215例糖尿病合并慢性并发症患者(其中男性为115例,女性为100例)血液流变学各项指标进行检测。结果糖尿病合并慢性并发症患者的血液流变学各项指标(全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉及K值,还有红细胞聚集指数、血小板聚集率)均明显高于正常人的指标。结论动态观察糖尿病患者的血液流变学各项指标变化对糖尿病预防慢性病的发生发展及治疗中具有积极重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the blood rheology of the patients with diabeticsand and its diagnostic value with chronic complications.Methods The venous blood samples of all experimenter,including A control group of 160 normal subjects and 215 cases of diabetic group with chronic complications(in cluded 115 males and 100 females),were examined by LG-R-80A type blood rheological measurement.Results All of the blood rheological indices(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood sedimentation,K-value,erythrocytic accumulative exponent,thrombocytic packing fraction)in cases of diabetic group with chronic complications were conspicuous higher than the normal control group.Conclusion Dynamic observing the blood rheological of the diabetic patients conduces to preventing the development of chronic complications.In addition,It will profit doctors to diagnose and treat the disease. |
