小包装中药饮片的库房管理模式的应用

目的:评价小包装中药饮片的库房管理模式的应用效果。方法:选取2016年11月—2018年11月69例小包装中药饮片作为观察组,2014年1月—2016年11月69例小包装中药饮片作为对照组,对照组使用传统库房管理模式,观察组使用信息化管理模式,对比两组中药饮片的管理质量以及药物损耗情况。结果:观察组在药物的入库时间、出库时间以及养护时间方面均低于对照组,观察组药物养护过程中质量、有效管理面积以及药品损耗的费用均得到降低,观察组药物的整体损毁率对比对照组,显著下降,P<0.05。结论:小包装中药饮片在管理的过程中应用信息化模式,将制度、人员与计算机进行结合,可以全面提升管理效率,降低管理中的错误率,减少养护时间,全面保证中药饮片的质量,管理效果更加理想。

Application of warehouse management mode for small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of the warehouse management mode of small-package Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:From January 2016 to November 2018,69 small packets of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were used as observation group.From January 2014 to November 2016,69 small packets of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were used as the control group,and the control group used the traditional depot.Management mode,the observation group used the information management mode to compare the management quality of the two groups of Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the drug loss.Results:The indicators in the observation group were lower than the control group in terms of drug storage time,storage time and curing time.The quality,effective management area and drug loss cost of the observation group were reduced.The overall damage rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of information management mode in the process of management of small packaged Chinese medicine decoction pieces,combining the system,personnel and computer,can improve management efficiency,reduce the error rate in management,reduce the curing time,and fully guarantee the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The overall management effect is more ideal.
