摘    要:目的探讨某医院拟新建192Ir近距离后装治疗机房辐射防护设计的可行性,有效控制职业病危害,保障辐射安全。方法依据国内外相关技术规范和标准,按辐射防护的基本原则对后装治疗机房辐射防护设计进行剂量估算和评价。结果近距离后装治疗机房各防护墙厚度均符合要求,防护门设计符合要求。后装治疗机房墙体计算厚度(混凝土)为:北墙595 mm,东墙595 mm,南墙479 mm,西墙595 mm,顶棚主墙2 282 mm,顶棚488 mm;防护门铅板厚度7 mm。结论后装机房各侧墙体、顶棚、防护门的屏蔽防护厚度均能够满足防护要求。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of the design of radiation protection in a 192Ir brachytherapy room for a new hospital, to effectively control occupational disease hazards and ensure radiation safety. Methods According to the relevant technical norms and standards at home and abroad, the dose estimation and evaluation of radiation protection design of the treatment room for the brachytherapy System were carried out according to the basic principles of radiation protection. Results The calculated thickness of the wall in the treatment room was: 595 mm in the north wall, 595 mm in the east wall, 479 mm in the south wall, 595 mm in the west wall, 2 282 mm in the main wall of the roof, and 488 mm in the ceiling;Protective door lead plate thickness 7 mm. Conclusion The thickness of each protective wall in the treatment room was satisfied. The design of the guard door of the rear assembly room meets the requirements.
