长期小剂量阿奇霉素治疗支气管扩张症的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨长期小剂量阿奇霉素对于支气管扩张症治疗临床效果。方法:选择2016年6月—2017年12月我院收治的136例支气管扩张症患者作为研究对象,按照随机原则平均分成A、B两组,每组68例。A组应用常规止咳祛痰治疗,B组在A组基础上加以长期小剂量阿奇霉素,对比两组临床效果。结果:经过治疗,B组相比A组,日均咳痰量明显更少,呼吸困难评分明显更低,肺功能指标明显更优,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:长期应用小剂量阿奇霉素治疗支气管扩张症,能够有效缓解慢性咳嗽、咳痰、咯血等临床症状,改善呼吸系统功能,有助于提高生活质量。

Long-term low-dose azithromycin in the treatment of bronchiectasis clinical efficacy

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of long-term low-dose azithromycin on bronchiectasis.Methods:A total of 136 patients with bronchiectasis admitted from June 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into A and B groups according to the randomized principle,with 68 cases in each group.Among them,A group of conventional cough and expectorant treatment,B group A group on the basis of long-term low-dose azithromycin,compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the average daily sputum volume was significantly less in group B than in group A,the scores of dyspnea score were significantly lower,the pulmonary function indexes were significantly better,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long term use of small dose of azithromycin in the treatment of bronchiectasis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cough,expectoration,hemoptysis,improve the respiratory system function of patients,and help improve the quality of life of patients.
