探究用五水头孢唑林钠治疗手术后的严重四肢开放性骨折合并软组织损伤及创面感染的疗效

目的:研究分析使用五水头孢唑林钠治疗手术后严重四肢开放性骨折合并软组织损伤及创面感染的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年6月佛山健翔医院、佛山市中医院收治的严重四肢开放性骨折患者60例,按双盲分组法分为研究组和对比组,每组30例。对比组实施常规负压封闭引流治疗,研究组在对比组基础上予以五水头孢唑林钠治疗,分析对比两组各项炎症指标、McGill评分及治疗总有效率。结果:研究组在TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IL-8等炎症指标方面均优于对比组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗前McGill评分对比差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05),经一段时间治疗,研究组McGill评分明显低于对比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对比组治疗总有效率为70.00%(21/30),研究组显著高于对比组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:五水头孢唑林钠对术后严重四肢开放性骨折合并软组织损伤及创面感染治疗效果显著,可有效降低炎症,利于恢复,应在临床推广。

To explore the effect of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate in the treatment of severe open fractures of extremities with soft tissue injury and wound infection after operation

Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate in the treatment of severe open fracture of extremities with soft tissue injury and wound infection after operation.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,60 patients with severe open limb fracture were selected from Foshan Jianxiang hospital and Foshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into study group and control group according to double-blind grouping method,30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine negative pressure sealing and drainage.Patients in the study group were treated with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate on the basis of the control group.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of patients with inflammatory indicators,McGill score and the total effective rate of treatment.Results:The study group was better than the control group in TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and other inflammatory indicators,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups before treatment was not significant(P>0.05),after a period of treatment,the study group McGill score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the study group and 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate is effective in the treatment of severe open fracture of extremities with soft tissue injury and wound infection.It can effectively reduce inflammation and facilitate the recovery of symptoms.It should be widely used in clinical practice.
