摘    要:<正>组织修复是临床治疗中极为重要的环节,伴随着组织细胞的再生、增殖、分化和迁移,炎症水平调节,活性氧(ROS)含量的回归稳态,伤面消肿愈合等过程。目前有关组织修复方面的临床治疗方法很多,但效果不尽人意。通过对外泌体的研究,我们发现其在促进组织修复方面有着重要的作用。本文拟对间充质干细胞(MSC)来源外泌体促进组织修复方面的研究进展进行综述,现报道如下。1 MSC的旁分泌机制MSC是一种来源于中胚层,具有自我更新和多方向分化能力的多能干细胞,

Research progress of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in tissue repair
Abstract:Tissue repair is a common link in clinical treatment, which is often accompanied by processes such as tissue cell regeneration, wound healing, and inflammation regression. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been long considered as the seed cell in tissue repair due to their potential of rapid proliferation, multidirectional differentiation and immunosuppressive effects. Several studies have reported that exosomes derived from MSCs have similar functions to those of MSCs. For example, they are found to be involved in the immune regulation, cell proliferation and oxidative damage combat etc. by carrying biologically active substances and involving in cell communication. In this paper, the mesenchymal stem cells and their exosomes were summarized, and the application and mechanism of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in tissue repair were reviewed.
