真武汤合五苓散治疗阳虚阴盛型高血压的临床效果观察

目的:观察真武汤合五苓散治疗阳虚阴盛型高血压的临床效果。方法:选择2017年4月—2019年9月我院收治的阳虚阴盛型高血压患者80例,以随机数表法分为治疗组和参照组,观察两组血压及中医症候积分。结果:治疗后两组SBP与DBP与治疗前相比均有所降低(P>0.05),治疗组的SBP与DBP均明显比参照组更低(P<0.05),治疗前及第1疗程结束后,两组中医症候积分差异不明显,第2疗程及第3疗程结束后,治疗组的中医症候积分明显比参照组低(P<0.05),治疗组生活质量评分显著高于参照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤合五苓散可显著降低阳虚阴盛型高血压患者血压水平,改善中医证候症状,治疗效果显著。

Clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Wuling powder on hypertension of Yang deficiency and Yin excess type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Wuling powder in the treatment of hypertension with Yang deficiency and Yin excess.Methods:From April 2017 to September 2019,80 patients with hypertension of Yang deficiency and Yin excess type were selected and divided into treatment group and treatment group by random number expression method.The changes of blood pressure and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,SBP and DBP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P>0.05),SBP and DBP of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the treatment group P The quality of life score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction combined with Wuling powder can significantly reduce the blood pressure level of the patients with hypertension of Yang deficiency and Yin excess type,improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome,have significant therapeutic effect and high clinical application value.
