平片无张力疝修补与疝环充填式修补治疗腹股沟疝的临床观察

目的：探讨平片无张力疝修补术和疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：随机将80例腹股沟疝患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用平片无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组采用疝环充填式疝修补术治疗,分析比较两组的临床治疗结果。结果：两组患者术后复发、住院天数比较差异无显著（P〉0.05）,但术后切口异物感、慢性疼痛和治疗费用比较差异存在显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：两种术式均有较好的治疗效果,但平片式无张力疝修补术在降低患者治疗费用,减轻切口异物感与术后慢性疼痛上更有优势。

The Clinical Observation on the Effect of Inguinal Hernia Treated with Onlay Mesh Hemioplasty or Mesh Plug Hemiorrhaphy

Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect in results between onlay mash hemioplsaty and mesh plug hemiorrhaphy in beating inguinal hernia.Method：80 cases patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the intervention group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）,the intervention group was treated with onlay mash hemioplsaty,and the control group was treated with mesh plug hemiorrhaphy,then observed and compared the effect of the two groups.Result：There＇s no significant difference between two groups in terms of length of hospitalization and recurrence rate（P0.05）,but the cost of hospitalization and chronic pain was quite different （P0.05）.Conclusion：Onlay mesh hemioplasty produces similar results as the mesh plug hemiorrhaphy in beating inguinal hernias,but the onlay mesh hemioplasty reduces the cost of hospitalization and chronic pain obviously.
