抗软骨细胞膜抗体与类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎关系的研究

采用培养人软骨细胞制备软骨细胞膜抗原,通过酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测类风湿关节炎(RA)、骨关节炎)(OA)、其它关节炎(AA)和正常人血清抗软骨细胞膜抗体(ACMA)水平,发现RA、OA的ACMA结合指数(BI)均值显著高于AA组和对照组(P均<0.05)。以正常对照组ACMA BI均值+3s为上限,RA组IgG—ACMA和IgM—ACMA阳性率分别为68.9％和17.2％,OA组分别为19％和9.5％,AA组为4.7％和0。差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.005)。认为ACMA可能是导致软骨细胞及软骨基质受损的重要因素。

Serum Anti-Chondrocyte Membrane Antbodies In Osteoarthritis And Rheumatoid Arthritis

The results of serum anti ?chondrocyte membrane antibodies (ACMA) by ELISA in osteoarthritis(OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were reported in this paper. The mean binding index (BI) and positive rate of IgG-CMA and IgM-CMA in OA and RA were much higher than that in SLE, AS, gouty arthritis (combined as AA group) and normal group. Choosing mean BI + 3s in normal group as upper -imit,the positive rate of IgG -CMA and IgM -CMA in normal group,AA,OA,RA were as follows respectively :O and O, 4. 7 and O,19 and 9. 5, 68. 9 and 17. 2 percents(x2 = 9. 73 ~ 55. 80,P<0. 01 respectively) . The BI of IgG -CMA in RA after having been treated by oral gold salts and MTX or peni-cillinamine decreased significantly than that before treatment. The authers consider that ACMA be one of the causes of impairment of articular cartilage in OA and RA.
