| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用无创正压通气治疗肺性脑病的临床效果。方法76例肺性脑病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组应用常规治疗加无创正压通气治疗,对照组仅采用常规治疗,分别观察两组患者的临床疗效及并发症情况。结果研究组和对照组总有效率间差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,对pH值、PaCO2改善程度间差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。研究组无误吸、面部压伤等严重并发症发生。结论无创正压通气治疗肺性脑病具有较好的临床疗效,在没有紧急插管指征和禁忌证的情况下,对肺性脑病患者可以首先考虑采用无创正压通气治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for pulmonary encephalopathy patients.Methods 76 patients with pulmonary encephalopathy were divided into noninvasive ventilation group and traditional treatment group,and the effects of treatments after 48 hours were investigated.Results The effective rate of noninvasive ventilation(81.6%) was significantly higher than that of the traditional treatment(36.8%).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation can yield satisfying effect on patients with pulmonary encephalopathy. |
