磁场对家兔实验性骨折愈合的组织学研究

摘    要:将35只新西兰家兔雌雄不拘,造成桡骨下1/3标准骨折模型后随机分成两组,一组为对照组,以普通夹板治疗,另一组为治疗组,以磁性夹板治疗。术后行一般情况及组织学检查,结果表明:选用直径为0.5cm的磁片4片,用异名极对置,表面磁场强度为100~200mT,放置于夹板内。骨折线上下,每隔3~5天检查后连续敷贴能对骨折修补性再生有良好的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,35 experimental fracture rabbits were treated by magnetism splint or common splint.From histological angle,it was found that the therapy for the use of magnetism could make best effect on bone healing.
