湛江地区家栖鼠类和蚤类的生态调查

目的调查湛江地区家栖鼠形动物和蚤类的生态及种群的构成比。方法捕鼠采用笼夹法,晚放晨收,将捕获鼠类,分类鉴定,称重,解剖观察胎仔数及妊娠斑。室内地面游离蚤采用16开粘蚤纸,室内四个角和中央各放1张,每月布150张,晚放晨收,用生物显微镜低倍鉴别蚤种。结果在捕获鼠中,黄胸鼠占28.41%,褐家鼠占9.17%,小家鼠6.23%,臭鼩鼱占55.64%,地面游离蚤指数0.24。结论在城镇鼠类以褐家鼠为主,农村以黄胸鼠及臭鼩鼱为主,地面游离蚤以1～4月份最高,以致痒蚤为主。

Ecological Studies of Rodents and Fleas in Zhanjiang

Objective To investigate the ecology of rodents and fleas species in Zhanjiang.Methods Rodents were captured by mouse-traps and mouse-clips.The rodents were classified,weighted,and dissected to check the number of fetus and pregnancy spots.Fleas which were free in the floor were collected by glue-flea-papers.The fleas were observed under dissecting microscope and classified.Results Of all the rodents captured,28.41 percent were Rattus flavipectus;9.71 percent were Rattus norvpgicus,6.23 percent were Mus musculus and 55.64% were Suncus murinus.The flea index that was free in floor was 0.24.Conclusion Rattus norvpgicus was the dominant species in city,while Rattus flavipectus and Suncus murinus were the dominant species in countryside.The fleas free on the floor were at the highest level from January to April,and Puliex linnqcus was the dominant species.
