| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乌司他丁对急性坏死性胰腺炎的治疗作用。方法将60例急性坏死性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组加用乌司他丁，比较两组的实验室指标及临床疗效。结果治疗组血清AMY、WBC水平显著下降，生命体征恢复到正常范围的时间明显缩短，腹痛、发热症状的消失率及患者的治愈率明显高于对照组。结论乌司他丁可显著改善急性坏死性胰腺炎的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment effect of ulinastatin in acute necrotizing pancreatitis.Mehtods Total 60 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was added with ulinastatin besides general treatment.Laboratory indication and clinic effect were analyzed.Results The AMY and WBC were significantly decreased in treatment group.The vital sign recovery time was shorter than the control group.The disappearance rate of bellyache and fever are significantly better than control group.Conclusion Ulinastatin could remarkably improve the prognosis of acute necrotizing pancreatitis. |
