| 摘 要： | 地震伤抢救中挤压综合征是一项复杂的临床综合征,常见的内科问题表现为高血钾、急性肾损伤、休克、感染、ARDS、营养不良、严重的甚至出现多器官功能障碍直至死亡.处理好这些关键问题在有效救治挤压综合征患者中至关重要. |

| Abstract: | Crush syndrome in patients rescued from earthquake is a complex clinical syndrome with many medical conditions.The most complications are hyperkalemia,acute kidney injury,shock,infection,ARDS,malnutrition and multiorgan dysfunction.Managing these critical issues appropriately is essential for effective treatment of the crush syndrome. |
