中专卫校毕业生就业心理分析

目的研究中专卫校毕业生就业心理状况,为改善中专卫校学生心理教育提供依据。方法自行设计调查表,采用普查方法,对安庆卫校2005届两个专业毕业生进行问卷调查。结果卫校毕业生毕业前心理压力较大,焦虑、自卑心理较严重,就业观等相关问题认识还存在偏见。结论对中专毕业生要适时地开展心理辅导和心理咨询,要重视以就业为导向的中专教育。

An Analysis on the Employment Psychology of the Graduates of Vocational Medical School

Objective To understand the employment psychology of graduates in vocational medical school.Methods Graduates from two department of the Anqing medical School in 2005 were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire and the census method.Results The graduates of the school had a big psychological burden,anxiety,self-abasement and some bias in the attitude of employment near graduation.Conclusion Some psychology tutoring job and counsel for graduates in vocational medical school should be developed timely.It is important to take the vocational education targeting employment.
