| 摘 要： | 将循证医学的原则应用到检验医学中即为循证检验医学,它是基于循证医学的概念,通过临床实验室和临床科室更紧密的沟通从而提高实验的实用性和有效性。目的在于提供尽可能准确的检验结果以协助临床医生做出诊断、预防和治疗的决策,提供最有利于医患双方的实验诊断效能、成本、效果分析等信息,并对不断增加的检验技术进行仔细推敲,评估所用的技术是否准确、可靠、安全、经济和有效。现就循证检验医学的基本概念、实践的基本过程等做一综述。
