莫合烟对小鼠血液和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性及脂质过氧化物含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究莫合烟烟雾凝聚物对小鼠红细胞(RBC)、血清、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响。方法:用邻苯三酚自氧化法和TBA比色法。结果:莫合烟各个剂量组小鼠RBC中的SOD水平均低于阴性对照组,且呈剂量反应关系,但只有高剂量组(25mg/kg)与阴性对照相比才有显著性差异(P<0.01)。莫合烟各剂量组小鼠肝组织中SOD水平与阴性对照相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。莫合烟各个剂量组小鼠血清中LPO含量均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),且呈剂量反应关系。莫合烟中剂量组(12.5mg/kg)及高剂量组(25mg/kg)小鼠肝组织中LPO含量明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:莫合烟可以产生自由基,可以降低SOD的活性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of Mo He tobacco smoke condensate on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in mouse RBC, serum and liver. Methods: Pyrogallol autooxidation and TBA photometric methods were used. Results: The activity of SOD in RBC was lower in test group than that in control group. It showed dose dependent response. But only at the high dose of 25 mg/kg it showed a significant difference (P<0.01) when compared with the negative control. The activity of SOD in liver had no remarkable difference between test group and control group. Mo He tobacco smoke condensate at the low, middle and high dose all caused a significant increase in the content of LPO. It also showed dose dependent response. The content of LPO in liver was significantly higher in middle and high dose group than that in control group. Conclusions: Mo He tobacco smoke condensate could reduce the activity of SOD and induce the production of free radicals in mice.
