腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗成人型常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病16例

目的:探讨腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗成人型常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2006年6月～2010年2月接受腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗的16例成人型常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病患者临床资料。结果:16例手术顺利,无中转开放,14例处理双侧,2例处理单侧。16例随访3～47个月,平均11.2个月,所有患者症状不同程度缓解,高血压得到不同程度的控制,部分肾功能不全的患者术后有不同程度改善。结论:腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗成人常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病,具有安全、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。

Laparoscopic renal cyst decortication in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kindny disease: A report of 16 cases

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic renal cyst decortication in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kindny disease.Methods： Data of 16 cases of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease that were treated with laparoscopic renal cyst decortication from June 2006 to February 2010 were reviewed and evaluated.Results： All 16 patients were treated successfully,follow up were conducted for an average of 11.2 months ranging from 3 to 47 months.No severe complications wre observed,symptoms and blood pressure were improved in all cases.Some patients showed improvements in renal function.Conclusions： Laparoscopic renal cyst decortication is a safe and effectivein patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease with less complications and satisfactory efficacy.
