Effect of comprehensive treatment of internal binding, external excising, arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion on blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid

Objective： To explore the effects of modified comprehensive treatment of internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion on blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods： Sixty-two cases with blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid that underwent modified comprehensive treatment of internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion were enrolled as experience group,and 48 cases with blocked annular mixed hemorrhoid that were treated with traditional internal binding and external excising method were selected as control group.Treatment outcomes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results： Total effective rate was 98.3%（61/62）and 83.3%（35/42） in experiment group and control group respectively showing significant difference（P〈0.01）.The time for anus edema disappearance,hemorrhoids defluvium,wound healing and hospital stay of the experiment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative complications in experiment group was much less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The modified internal binding,external excising,arc suturing and anus-enlarging combining with hemorrhoid lotion is effective on mixed hemorrhoids since it can obviously decrease the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten patients′ hospital stay.
