女性抑郁症患者生命质量与月经失调相关性研究

目的:探讨月经失调的女性抑郁症患者的生命质量,并分析其影响因素。方法:筛选女性抑郁症患者112例为研究对象,收集一般资料,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HA-MA)评定临床症状严重程度,并用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评定生命质量。结果:女性抑郁症患者月经失调组与非月经失调组间HAMD总分、焦虑化、认知障碍、HAMA总分以及精神性焦虑间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。女性抑郁症患者月经失调组与非月经失调组生命质量的比较中,月经失调组的女性抑郁症患者在躯体疼痛(BP)、精力(VT)、精神健康(MH)三个维度上明显低于非月经失调组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其余五个维度两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:女性抑郁症患者月经失调组的临床症状更加严重,并且生命质量明显低于正常。

Effect of menstrual disorder on life quality of female patients with depression

Objective： To investigate effect of menstrual disorder on life quality of female patients with depression,and to analyze the impacting factors.Methods： From Match 2009 to April 2010,112 female patients with depression were selected.HAMD,HAMA scales were performed to evaluate the severity and SF-36 was carried out to assess life quality.Results： There were significant differences in HAMD and HAMA scores between two groups（P〈0.01 or 〈0.05）.The levels of body pain,vigor and mental health of patients with menstrual disorder were significantly lower（P〈0.01）,but there was no significant difference in other factors（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Female depression patients with menstrual disorder have more severe clinical symptoms and poorer life quality.
