2010年我院门诊口服降糖药的使用分析

目的了解我院门诊口服降糖药的应用现状及趋势。方法回顾性分析及统计我院门诊2010年1～12月口服降糖药的消耗金额、用药频度及限定日费用等。结果我院门诊口服降糖药DDDs排序前五位的分别为盐酸二甲双胍缓释片、格列齐特缓释片（达美康）、吡格列酮（卡司平）、阿卡波糖片（拜唐苹）、格列美脲。销售金额排序前五位的分别为格列齐特缓释片（达美康）、阿卡波糖片（拜唐苹）、格列美脲、吡格列酮（卡司平）、盐酸二甲双胍缓释片。结论双胍类盐酸二甲双胍缓释片、磺酰脲类格列齐特缓释片（达美康）、噻唑烷二酮类吡格列酮（卡司平）、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂阿卡波糖片（拜唐苹）为我院目前首选口服降糖药，药品每日药费对我医院门诊降糖药的用药频度影响不大。

Analysis on the application status of oral hypoglycerrfic drug in the outpatient department of Chaozhou Hospital of Chaozhou City in 2010

Objective To understand the application status and trends of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient department of Chaozhou Hospital of Chaozhou City. Methods he consumption amount, medication frequency and defined daily drug cost from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2010 in the outpatient department were retrospectively analyzed. Results The top five oral hypoglycemic drugs in medication frequency in the outpatient department were metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets, gliclazide MR (Diamicron), pioglitazone (Card Division level), acarbose tablets (Baitang Ping), and glimepiride. The top five oral hypoglycemic drugs in consumption amount were gliclazide MR (Diamicron), acarbose tablets (Baitang Ping), glimepiride, pioglitazone (Card Division level), and metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets. Conclusion The preferred oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital are metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets, sustained-release tablets of sulfonylurea gliclazide (Diamicron), thiazolidinediones, TZDs pioglitazone (Card Division level), and α-glucosidase inhibitor acarbose tablets (Baitang Ping). The expenses for daily medicine have little influence on medication frequency in the outpatient department of our hospital.
