负荷剂量氯吡格雷治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的疗效和安全性

目的：首次应用负荷剂量的氯吡格雷治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中，分析其有效和安全性。方法：2009年2月至2011年2月本院88例脑梗死患者分两组：负荷剂量组（治疗组），45例，对照组43例。比较两组的NIHSS评分、治疗4周时有效率以及3个月时良好预后率。结果：病情加重达峰时，负荷剂量组较对照组的NIHSS评分上升幅度小，两者之间具有统计学差异。结论：经过对进展性缺血性脑卒中的干预，认为负荷剂量的氯吡格雷可能更有效地抑制神经功能的损。

Efficacy and safety of loading-dose Clopidogrel in treatment of progressive ischemic stroke

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of first loading-dose Clopidogrel in treatment of progressive ischcmic stroke. Methods： 88 patients with cerebral infarction registered to our hospital between February 2009 to February 2011 were divided into two groups： loading-dose group （treatment group, n = 45 ） and control group （ n = 43 ）. The NIHSS score, rate of response at week 4 and rate of favorable prognosis at 3 months were compared between the groups. Results：Over the progression of disease, the loading-dose group showed less increase in NIHSS score as compared with the controls, with a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Intervention of ischemic stroke with loading-dose Clopidogrel may be more effective in improving neural function defect.
