社区2型糖尿病患者高危因素的调查分析

目的探讨社区2型糖尿病（T2DM）的高危因素，为糖尿病的预防控制决策提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法，对四个社区220例T2DM患者进行问卷调查，对可能的危险因素进行单因素非条件Logistic回归分析和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果科教文卫（OR=2．008）、嗜甜食（OR=1．701）、嗜油脂（OR=2．290）、吸烟史（OR=1．556）、糖尿病家族史（OR=1．974）、高血压史（OR=1．637）、冠心病史（OR=4．428）、腰臀比（OR=2．053）等8个因素是T2DM的主要高危因素。结论不良饮食习惯、科教文卫职业、吸烟、糖尿病家族史、高血压、冠心病、肥胖等是T2DM的主要高危因素。

Analysis on the risk factors of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in communities

Objective To analyze the high-risk factors of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in communities, and to provide scientific guidance for the prevention and control of T2DM . Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted on 220 patients with T2DM from 4 communities by random sampling. Possible risk factors were analyzed by single factor analysis and the mutifactor unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results The main risk factors for patients with T2DM includes science, education, cultural and health profession (OR=2.008), sugar addiction (OR=1.701), fat addiction (OR=2.290), smoking (OR=1.556), family history of diabetes (OR=1.974), hypertension (OR=1.637), coronary disease (OR=4.428), WHR (OR=2.053). Conclusion Unhealthy dietary habit, science, education, cultural and health profession, smoking, family history of diabetes, hypertension, coronary disease are the main risk factors for T2DM.
