双源CT成像检查对冠状动脉支架置入术后的应用价值

目的：探讨双源CT（DSCT）成像检查对评价冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄的应用价值。方法：89例冠状动脉支架置入术后胸痛患者，进行选择性冠状动脉造影（SCA）和DSCT检查。结果：DSCT图像优良率93．92％，在支架直径≥2．75mm的患者术后重度狭窄诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均可达100％，其敏感度和阳性预测值较支架直径〈2．75mm患者显著提高（P〈0．05）。结论：DSCT对诊断支架置入术后再狭窄具有较高的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值，其阴性预测值和特异性不受支架直径和再狭窄程度影响，能可靠地排除支架内再狭窄。

Diagnostic value of dual source coronary computed tomography angiography for detecting in-stent restenosis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of dual source coronary computed tomography angiography（DSCT） in detection of in-stent restenosis. Methods： Selective coronary angiography （SCA） and DSCT were performed in 89 patients with atypical chest pain after coronary stenting. Results： In all the DSCT angiography images,good image quality was obtained in 93.92% segments. In stents≥2.75 mm, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value （PPV） and negative predictive value （NPV） of DSCT for severe restenosis were all 100% , which sensitivity and PPV were significantly higher than in stents 〈 2.75 mm（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： DSCT has high sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and may reliably rule out in-stent restenosis irrespective of stent size and severity of restenosis.
