摘    要:目的:探讨经桡动脉途径行急性心肌梗死冠状动脉介入治疗的疗效及并发症发生情况.方法:收集整理经本院2009年3月至2011年3月经过临床确诊,并符合采用经皮冠状动脉介入术的急性心肌梗死的患者28例,其中采取经桡动脉途径的患者16例(桡动脉组),采取经股动脉途径的患者12例(股动脉组).结果:桡动脉组患者手术平均时间(62...

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of direct coronary artery intervention via radial artery on acute myocardial infarction.Methods: A total of 28 acute myocardial infarction cases with percutaneous coronary artery intervention were selected,including 16 cases via radial artery(radial artery group) and 12 cases via femoral artery(femoral artery group).Results: Average operation time was(62.75±12.8)min in radial artery group,and(61.35±11.3)min in femoral artery group,without significant difference in two groups(P〉0.05).There was no significant difference in TIMI Ⅲ level,smoking,low blood pressure,ventricular fibrillation(P〉0.05).The incidence of complications of radial artery group were significantly less than that of femoral artery(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Radial artery intervention might be potential therapy method for acute myocardial infarction.
