原发性肝癌术后早期复发的相关因素

目的：探讨原发性肝癌切除术后早期复发的临床相关因素，为预防肝癌术后早期复发提供依据。方法：回顾性分析本院2002-2008年间45例原发性肝癌根治术后早期复发病例，并选择同期40例无早期复发的肝癌病例作为对照组进行比较。结果：单因素分析结果显示，原发性肝癌根治术后早期复发与伴有肝硬化、血清ALT水平、肿瘤直径、术中肝门阻断次数、术中术后输血及肿瘤病理分级等因素有关（P〈0．05）。与患者年龄、性别、乙肝病史、血清AFP、肿瘤包膜等无关（P〉0．05）。结论：术前合并肝硬化、血清ALT水平、肿瘤直径、术中肝门阻断次数、术中术后输血及肿瘤病理分级是原发性肝癌术后早期复发的相关因素。

Relevant factors for early recurrence after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective：To explore and discuss the relevant factors of early recurrence after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）. Methods：From 2002 to 2008, Clinical and pathological features were analysed retrospectively in 45 cases who had early recurrence after receiving radical resection of HCC and compared with 40 cases that have not early recurrence at the same time. Results：hepatic cirrhosis, the serum level of ALT, the diameter of the tumor,the blockage of hepatic hilum, blood transfusion in or after operation and the pathological classification of HCC were the relative factors for early recurrence after resection of HCC （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The age, sex,infection of HBV, the level of AFP and the envelope of the tumor were nonsignificant with the early recurrence （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions：The patients with hepatic cirrhosis, the serum level of ALT, the diameter of the tumor, the blockage of hepatic hilum and blood transfusion in or after operation are the relevant factors for surgeon to estimate early recurrence after resection of HCC.
