| 摘 要： | 老年性胆总管结石症的发病率有随年龄上升而增长的趋向,其临床症状隐匿、模糊及不典型,易误诊及漏诊[1,2],同时,因全身重要脏器功能减退及代偿能力降低,对感染的应激性和抵抗力下降,容易发展成重症胆管炎而导致死亡。我院自1992年3月至2005年11月共收治60岁以上急性重症胆管炎(

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical character and the treatment of aged acute eholangitis of severe type. Methods Reviewing the clinical bata of 52 cases aged acute cholangitis of severe type. Results 38 patients were cured and 6 patients were dead in operation group ; 2 patients were cured and 6 patients were dead in un - operation group. Conclusion Aecoring to the clinical character of aged acute cholangitis of severe type,early diagnosis,early operation , full preparation and reasonable surgical methods were very important to reduce the rate of aged acute cholangitis of severe type . |
