206例严重胸外伤治疗体会

目的 分析探讨严重胸外伤及其合并症的诊断、治疗、总结救治中的体会。方法 总结我院8年来收治严重胸外伤206例的体会，治疗方法，经验教训。有保守观察、单纯胸腔穿刺、胸腔闭式引流和剖胸探查术，胸腹探查术，胸血回输等。结果 本组治愈197例．治愈率为95．6％。死亡9例．死亡率为4．4％。结论 对严重胸外伤的诊断及治疗应抓重点，注意有无心脏穿透伤、张力性气胸、活动性出血、胸腹联合伤等，强调要早诊断、早治疗，边诊断、边对威胁生命的伤情进行治疗，避免漏诊，才能提高抢救的成功率。

Experience of Treatment Severe Chest Trauma for 206 Cases

Objective To sum up experience of the diagnosis, treatment of severe chest trauma. Methods The data of 206 cases with severe chest trauma was reviewed and analysed about treatment experience in our hospital in 8years. The treatment include conservation treatment, thoracocentesis, close thoracic drainage, exploratory thoracotomy , exploratory thoracotomy and laparotomy , chest blood feedback .Results 197 cases(95.6%) were cured and 9 cases(4.4%) dead in total group. Conclusion To get the main point was very important when treat the severe chest trauma, must notice if there is heart injury, pressure pneumothorax, bleeding and combined multiple damage. It was best treatment that not only should advocate diagnosis and therapy in early time, also we suggest to treat fatal trauma as soon as possible when during diagnosis, it's significantly improved the efficacy of emergency treatment.
