肠炎宁胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效研究

目的：探讨肠炎宁胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年1月～2013年9月在我院住院治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者89例为研究对象，按就诊顺序随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组45例给予肠炎宁胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗，对照组44例单用美沙拉嗪治疗，对两组患者的血清 IL -1、IL -8、TNF -α、Fib、MPV 及临床治疗效果进行比较。结果：经过30天的治疗，两组患者血清 IL -1、IL -8、TNF -α、Fib、MPV 均显著下降（均 P ＜0．05）。试验组治疗后的 IL -1、IL -8、TNF -α、Fib、MPV 均不同程度低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均 P ＜0．05）。试验组总有效率为95．6％，高于对照组的81．8％，Mann -Whitney U 检验结果显示，试验组治疗后临床疗效优于对照组（P ＜0．05），两组不良事件发生率无显著性差异（P ＞0．05）。结论：肠炎宁胶囊联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效优于单用美沙拉嗪，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Changyanning Capsule Combined with Mesalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Changyanning capsule combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods：89 patients with ulcerative colitis from January 2010 to September 2013 in our hospital were for the study, and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to visiting se -quence.45 patients in the treatment group were given Changyanning capsules with mesalazine treatment ,and in the con-trol group 44 cases were given mesalazine treatment .Serum IL -1, IL -8, TNF -α, Fib, MPV and clinical outcomes in both groups were compared.Results：After treatment for 30 d, the serum IL -1, IL -8, TNF -α, Fib, MPV were significantly decreased in both groups（P ＆lt;0.05）,but IL -1, IL -8, TNF -α, Fib, MPV in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant （P ＆lt;0.05）.In the treatment group the total effective rate was 95.6%, which was higher than 81.8% in the control group.Mann -Whitney U test showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）,and the in-cidence of adverse events in two groups had no significant difference （P ＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Changyanning capsule combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is better than single mesalazine , which is worthy of clinical application.
