益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的：观察益心舒胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛（气阴两虚兼血瘀型）患者症状及证候疗效的影响。方法：将符合标准的40例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组20例。在西医规范化治疗基础上，对照组加服复方丹参滴丸，治疗组加服益心舒胶囊，疗程均为6个月。观察对照组和治疗组中医证候的变化，分别于治疗前后进行统计学比较。结果：在改善患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减率方面，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；与对照组相比，治疗组在改善患者中医证候疗效方面效果显著，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切，尤其针对属气阴两虚兼血瘀型患者，在改善患者中医证候方面效果显著。

Efficacy of Yi -xin -shu Capsule on Treating Stable Angina Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Stagnant Blood

To observe the clinical efficacy of Yi -xin -shu capsule on stable angina （Deficiency of both qi and yin and stagnant blood）.Method：Divide 40 patients into a control group and a treatment group randomly .In the control group, the treatment was based on the basis plus compound Danshen dropping pills .In the treatment group, the treatment was based on the basis plus Yi -xin -shu capsules.Six months was as a course.Observe the angina pectoris, ECG, the stop -reducing rate of nitroglycerin, TCM symptom and TCM syndrome score .Results：There was no significant differ-ence between two groups in angina pectoris , ECG and the stop -reducing rate of nitroglycerin（P ＆gt;0.05）.The effect in treatment group was significant for TCM syndrome patients （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Yi -xin -shu capsule is effective on treating stable angina especially in TCM syndrome for deficiency of both qi and yin and stagnant blood .
