论内消托里法在外科的运用

内消、托里两法是中医外科重要的治疗方法,是外科疾病不同阶段治疗的大法。外科肿疡初起用内消法,即针对不同病因采取清热解毒、凉血活血、行气散结、通里攻下等治法使其消散;中期随着病邪消耗人体正气,肿疡不能尽快消散,就要适当调动人体正气对抗病邪,这就是托里法。本文复习了历代医家对内消、托里治疗方法的论述,临床运用的方法和时机,最后根据自己的临床经验,论述治疗慢性前列腺炎时运用内消、托里方法以达到良好疗效的体会。

Applying to Method of Internal Dissolution and Expelling Toxin from within the Body in Surgery

The TCM methods of internal dissolution and expelling toxin from within the body are important in treating surgical diseases of different stages. At the early stage of pyogenic infection, the boil should be treated with one of the internal dissolution methods such as dissipating heat and detoxifying, cooling blood and improving blood circulation, moving qi and relieving stagnation, or unblocking interior and purgation etc. which were specific for different types of infection. If boils had not been dissolved and the infection progressed into the middle stage due to the wearing of healthy qi by pathogenic factors, the methods of expelling toxin from within the body which strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogenic factors should be used. In this article, the author reviewed the statements described by ancient great TCM doctors and applications of the internal dissolution and expelling toxin from within the body method, together with the author＇s clinical experience in chronic prostatitis treatment.
