中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性探讨

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿98例为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组常规西医治疗,包括化痰、平喘、抗感染等治疗措施,观察组在西医治疗的基础上进行辨证施治。发作期采取小青龙汤加减治疗,缓解期采取玉屏风散加减治疗。观察患儿临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患儿周围血白细胞计数和嗜酸性粒细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义（P驦0.05）。治疗后,两组患儿周围白细胞计数和嗜酸性粒细胞计数均显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05）。治疗后,观察组患儿周围白细胞计数和嗜酸性粒细胞计数均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患儿在咳嗽、喘息、咳痰及肺部哮鸣音积分方面均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组患儿在咳嗽、喘息、咳痰积分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,治疗时无显著不良反应,值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Children Bronchial Asthma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and wetern medicine therapy in treating children bronchial asthma.Methods Bronchial asthma children were randomly divided into observation group（49 cases） and control group（49 cases）.Control group was treated by conventional measures including resolving phlegm, relieving asthma and anti-infection etc. Observation group was treated by Xiaoqinglong Decoction during the acute phase and by Yupinfeng Powder during the remission phase, in addition to the above conventional measures. The clinical effects and other parameters of the two groups were compared statistically. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences between WBC and Eosinophil counts of the two groups. After treatment, WBC and Eosinophil counts and patient cough, wheezing, coughing up phlegm, lung wheezing sound of both groups were lower（ P 〈0.05） than before; WBC and Eosinophil counts and patient cough, wheezing, coughing up phlegm, lung wheezing sound of observation group were lower than those of control group（ P 〈0.05）; the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative medicine treating bronchial asthma in children is of high value and with no clinical complica-tions.
