摘    要:目的 :研究抗凋亡基因bag 1和bcl 2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其相互关系 ,探讨肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡的特点 .方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法观察了 10 0例乳腺癌与 10例乳腺良性肿瘤及 10例正常乳腺组织的石蜡标本切片中bag 1和bcl 2的表达 ,并进行统计研究 .结果 :bag 1在乳腺癌组织中 ,乳腺良性肿瘤中 ,正常乳腺组织中阳性表达率分别为85 .0 % ,10 .0 %和 10 .0 % ,差异明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) .但其表达与不同病理类型及临床分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;bcl 2在乳腺癌组织中 ,乳腺良性肿瘤中 ,正常乳腺组织中阳性表达率分别为 4 6.0 % ,2 0 .0 %和 2 0 .0 % ,差异明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) .其表达与不同病理类型及临床分期亦无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :bag 1在乳腺癌组织中高表达 ,bcl 2在乳腺癌组织中低表达 ,bag 1,bcl 2在乳腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的临床分期 ,病理分型等无关 .因此 ,bag 1,bcl 2可以作为早期诊断乳腺癌的一种生物标记 .

Expression and significance of apoptotic gene bag-1 and bcl-2 in breast cancer
Abstract:AIM: To evaluate bag 1 and bcl 2 expressions in breast cancer and to evaluate their clinical significance. METHODS: bcl 2 and bag 1 expressions were studied by immunohistochemical Streptavidin Biotin Peroxidase Complex (SABC) methods in 100 samples of breast cancer tissues, 10 normal breast tissues and in 10 benign tumor tissues, and their clinical significance were analyzed. RESULTS: The positive rate of bag 1 expression among breast cancer, benign tumor and normal tissues were 85.0%, 10.0% and 10.0% respectively and significant difference was observed ( P < 0.05). However, the positive rate of bag 1 expression was not related to the pathologic grades and the different clinical types ( P >0.05). The positive rate of bcl 2 expression among breast cancer, benign tumor and normal tissues were 46.0%, 20.0% and 20.0% respectively and significant difference was observed ( P < 0.05). The positive rate of bcl 2 expression was not related to the pathologic grades and the different clinical types ( P > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There is an over expression of bag 1 and low expression of bcl 2 in breast cancer. The positive rate of bcl 2 and bag 1 expression is not related to the pathologic grades and the different clinical types. bag 1 and bcl 2 may serve as a biomarker in early diagnosis of breast cancer.
