| 摘 要： | 为了介绍一种治疗肢体中段骨转移癌的手术方法,回顾性分析应用瘤段切除髓内针内固定骨水泥成型术治疗中段肢体骨转移癌33例患者的临床资料。29例患者获得持续随访,中位生存期9.8个月,术后无肿瘤局部复发和髓内针弯曲和折断。初步研究结果提示,应用瘤段切除髓内针内固定骨水泥成型术可以明显改善肢体转移癌患者的生存质量,手术简单便于操作,付损伤小。
