| 摘 要： | 为了探讨卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床特点、治疗和预后,回顾性分析22例卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患者的临床资料。22例患者均行手术治疗,13例患者手术时保留了生育功能,20例患者术后辅以BEP和BVP等方案化疗,随访至2009-12-31,3例失访,2例死亡,其余患者无复发及转移,截至随访结束仍然无瘤生存,2年和5年生存率均为89.5%(17/19)。回顾性分析结果提示,卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患者术后辅以BEP或BVP为主的化疗,治疗疗效较好;对侧卵巢和子宫正常的患者,可行保留生育功能手术,而对于晚期患者采用保留生育功能手术要慎重。
