甘露消毒丹加减方体内抗DHBV病毒作用实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究甘露消毒丹加减方在鸭体内抗DHBV病毒的作用。方法:从5日龄龙岩麻鸭中筛选出先天感染DHBV的鸭子72只,分为病毒对照组,甘露消毒丹加减方大、中、小剂量组,拉米夫定组,拉米夫定加大剂量甘露消毒丹加减方组,每组12只。喂养13d后,除病毒对照组外各组鸭子开始给药,28d为1个疗程。于用药前、用药第7d、第14d、第21d和第28d及停药后第5d采集血样,检测各组鸭血清DHBV—DNAOD490值。结果:甘露消毒丹加减方中、小剂量组给药后各时点血清DHBV—DNAOD490值与给药前比较,差异无统计学意义;与给药前比较,大剂量组在给药后第14d、第21d和第28d血清DHBV-DNAOD490值降低(P〈0.01,P〈O.05);与给药前及病毒对照组各相应时点比较,拉米夫定组和拉米夫定加大剂量甘露消毒丹加减方组在给药后第7d、第14d、第21d和第28d血清DHBV—DNAOD490值降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论:甘露消毒丹加减方对DHBV有一定抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill on DHBV in vitro.Methods:5-day-age longyan ducklings with congenital infection of DHBV were used as the animal models.72 ducklings were randomly divided into 6 groups:virus control,modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill treatment group 1(large dose),group 2(middle dose),group 3(small dose),lamivudine group,lamivudine combinated with large dose modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill group.13 later,treat-ment group ducklings were respectively administered drug through intragastrical perfusion for 28 successive days.Then serum samples of ducklings were collected and OD490 value of serum DHBV-DNA was detected before treatment,on the 7th day,14th day,21th day and 28th day after treatment,the 5th day after completion of theraphy.Results:OD490 value of serum DHBV-DNA of large dose modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill group was significantly decreased on the 14th day,21th day and 28th day after treatment than that before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05);OD490 value of serum DHBV-DNA of lamivu-dine group and lamivudine combinated with large dose modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill group were significantly decreased on the 14th day,21th day and 28th day after treatment than that before treatment and that of model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Ganlu Xiaodu pill has certain inhibitory effect on DHBV.
