休克患者术中动脉血和呼气末二氧化碳分压的关系

目的：研究失血休克患者术中动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）和呼气末二氧化碳分压（PetCO2）间的关系。方法：分别测定20例择期手术患者（对照组）和30例失血休克患者急诊手术中的PaCO2及PetCO2，其中估计失血量〈30%的为实验Ⅰ组（18例），失血量〉30%为实验Ⅱ（12例）。结果：对照组及实验Ⅰ组的患者PaCO2和PetCO2之间差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05），实验Ⅱ组的患者PaCO2和PetCO2之间差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：在临床上对失血量〈30%的休克患者术中的动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）和呼气末二氧化碳分压（PetCO2）间有非常好的相关性，PetCO2能反映PaCO2，而失血量〉30%的休克患者术中PetCO2与PaCO2相关性差。

Relationship between PaCO2 and PetCO2 in operation of shock patients

Objective：Study the Relationship between PaCO2 and PetCO2 in operation of hemorrhagic shock patients. Methods：Check the PaCO2 and PetCO2 seperatly in 20 selective operation patients and 30 hemorrhagic shock patients, group Ⅰ is the patients whose quantity of hemorrhagy〈30%（18 cases） group Ⅱ is the patients whose quantity of hemor rhagy〉30%（12 eases）.Results：PaCO2 and PetCO2 has no signicant difference between control group and group Ⅰ （P〉0.05）, PaCO2 and PetCO2 has signicant difference in group Ⅱ （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：There have good relationship between PaCO2 and PetCO2 in the quantity of hemorrhagy〈30%,In clinic PetCO2 can refect PaCO2,however,PaCO2 and PetCO2 have poor relationship in the patients whose quantity of hemorrhagy〉30%.
