| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性病毒性心肌炎所致房室传导阻滞(AVB)的特点及治疗策略。方法对38例病毒性心肌炎所致AVB患者行心电监护并酌情给予相应治疗,同时分析其疗效及相关治疗措施的价值。结果35例患者经治疗AVB消失,2例遗留二度Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型交替性AVB,1例遗留三度AVB。结论 急性病毒性心肌炎所致的AVB多为可逆性病变,经临床积极治疗多可恢复,少数不能完全恢复的多不影响血流动力学,极少数影响血流动力学的患者需行心脏起搏器治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics and therapy of atrioventricular block(AVB) caused by acute viral myocarditis. Methods 38 patients with AVB caused by viral myocarditis were recorded by electrocardiogram monitoring before they were offered corresponding treatment. Besides, the clinical data and therapeutic effect were analyzed.Results Among 38 patients,35 patients were cured;2 cases with second degree type I or type II alternative AVB; 1 case with third degree AVB. Conclusion Most of the patients with AVB caused by acute viral myocarditis are reversible and can be cured by positive therapy; there is no influence on hemodynamics in a few patients who can't completely recovered; only some patients who influence hemodynamics need be treated by cardiac pacemaker. |
