| 摘 要： | 前人论治痢疾多以湿热为重,而张景岳提出"痢疾多由寒邪所致,并与人的正气有关";强调辨别虚实、寒热是治疗痢疾之关键。论治不拘泥于旧式,注重从主要症状如脓血的色泽、腹痛性质、口渴原由等,察其虚实、辨其寒热。并重视兼症辨治,其独特的治疗方法值得后人借鉴。

| Abstract: | ZHANG Jing-yue originally and uniquely believed that dysentery is not mostly caused by damp-heat but by excessive cold,and also,it is connected with healthy Qi of human body and emphasized differentiation of asthenia,sthenia,cold and heat for which is key to treat dysentery.He did not completely stick to the old but innovatively state dysentery from symptom which is well worth studying and learning from. |
