4种药物治疗方案治疗急性脑梗死的成本-效果分析

目的研究四组脑梗死药物治疗方案的经济效果。方法将180例急性脑梗死患者均衡各组间影响因素后分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四组,即丁咯地尔组(Ⅰ)、奥扎格雷钠组(Ⅱ)、疏血通组(Ⅲ)和长春西汀组(Ⅳ)。运用药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果4种方案成本分别为6219.70、7129.7、5891.8、5123.4元;有效率分别为84.70%、88.37%、91.50%、75.0%;成本-效果比分别为73.43、80.68、64.39、60.21;以方案Ⅳ为参照的增值成本效果比分别为113.02、150.06、46.57。结论Ⅲ组方案为最佳方案。

Cost-effectlveness Analysis of Four Therapeutic Regimes for Acute Cerbral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic effectiveness of four therapeutic regimes for acute cerbral infarction. Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerbral infarction were divided into buflomedil (Group Ⅰ), sodium ozagrel (Group Ⅱ), Shuxuetong (Group Ⅲ), Vinpocetine (Group Ⅳ), after equilibrating the influential factors among groups. The curative effects of the drugs were monitored by cost-effectiveness analysis. Results The costs of four groups were 6219.70,7129.7, 5891.8, 5123.4 yuan respectively, with significant difference among them (P<0.05); The effective rates were 84.70%, 88.37%, 91.51%, 75% respectively,without significant difference among the Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P>0.05),but with significant difference among the Group Ⅳ and the other three groups (P<0.05); The cost-effectiveness ratios were 73.43, 80.68, 64.39 and 60.12 respectively. As compared with group Ⅰ, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 113.02, 150.06, 46.57 respectivly. Conclusion Group Ⅲ is preferable among the four groups.
